1. Are all the artworks original and unique?
Yes! All the pieces on this website are original handmade artworks that I have created!

2. Is a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) provided?
All artworks for sale come with a Certificate of Authenticity that I sign. 

3. What kind of materials do you use?
I paint with oil on raw linen that I prepare myself using several coats of acrylic binder. Depending on the artwork, I also use Indian ink sticks that I grind for a long time (a very relaxing process) or graphite lead. You will find all mediums in the description of each piece on the website.

4. Is there anything special I should know when caring for the artwork? 
Pamper your work of art! Please avoid direct sunlight, heater, bathtub, fireplace, or kitchen, and keep the painting in the usual conservation condition (light, humidity, etc.). Note that the piece is an oil painting on linen framed without protective glass. So avoid touching the painted surface directly with your fingers. Add UV protective glass in front if you place the artwork in direct sunlight. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

5. Is the image on the website an accurate representation of the artwork?
The image is an accurate depiction of the artwork, but it has no contract value. Looking at an original painting on a screen is different than in person. Monitor colors are different from natural colors; therefore, I cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the color and tone of the actual painting.
Please read the artwork description and enlarge the product image before purchasing.
People often tell me the work is even more beautiful in real life!

6. Is framing available for all works?
All the small-size artworks come with a natural oak frame and a white conservation-grade matboard.
Please note that medium-size and large-size artworks come streched but unframed.

7. How can I check the size of the artwork?
The dimensions of the work are specified on the artwork page.

8. Can I find you on social media?
Yes. I am mainly on Instagram :)


9. How to place an order?
Please follow the instructions carefully on the website. I will contact you after your purchase to let me know which frame color you choose (natural or white).

10. What are the accepted methods of payment?
I accept all credit and debit cards, ApplePay and Paypal.

11. What happens once the payment has been processed?
Once the payment has been processed, the artwork is reserved for you and ready to be shipped!


12. How are the artworks packaged?
I pack all of the items with quality materials and significant care. Please note that the plexiglass included in the package that I use to protect the painting during shipping is NOT UV-protective.

13. How long does delivery take?
The delivery depends on the country of destination. You will receive an email when I ship the artwork, and I will provide you with the tracking number to follow your purchase.

14. Who takes care of the delivery?
I use delivery companies such as DHL or USPS.

15. Is the delivery of the artwork insured?
Absolutely! You have nothing to worry about: I organize and insure the transport of the artwork. 

16. Which countries do you deliver to?
I deliver in European Union.
If you are living outside of EU, please contact me so that we can find a solution. Please note that international recipients are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery. And there is a very good chance you may get charged import duties and taxes if you live outside the EU (where I live). Unfortunately, I do not have control over this. I do not refund, reimburse, or hold any responsibility for any duties or taxes that may be charged. Packages returned to me for this reason or because they were refused will not have the shipping cost refunded. And if this does happen and you would like the item re-sent to you, you will be responsible for paying for the reshipment costs and any duties/taxes upon pick-up in your country.

17. Can I get artwork delivered to a different country or person?
I will deliver to the address you gave on your order. 


18. Do you have any return policy?
Unfortunately, given my small structure, I can’t offer a return policy. Except if the piece arrived damaged, all sales are final.

19. I’ve received the piece damaged. What do I do?
In the unlikely event of a damaged piece during the shipping, please email me a product photo within 24 hours of receiving and be sure the carrier documents the damage. We will decide together if the item is repairable or if I will refund you. Return the artwork in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Paintings that have been altered (stretched or modified) after purchase are not returnable. Otherwise, all sales are final.
